Platform Subscriptions

Our prices reflect our design, setup, and integration services. As part of setup, we will establish any necessary platform subscriptions, which are billed directly to you by each provider so that you have maximum transparency and control over your website.

We'll help you set up each account and select the right plan for your needs. Most equestrian businesses spend $50-$100 per month in total on these essential digital tools. We’ll provide you with a quote estimating your total expense, including these subscriptions, after our initial consultation.

We require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Payment plans are available for larger projects.

How long does the setup process take?
Most projects are completed within 3-6 weeks, depending on the package complexity and your responsiveness with feedback and content.

Can I upgrade my package later?
Absolutely! Our modular approach makes it easy to add features as your business grows.

Who owns my website and accounts?
You maintain full ownership of your website, content, and third-party accounts. We provide the expertise to set everything up and keep it running smoothly.

We typically recommend starting with $500-1,000/month in ad spend. This allows for effective targeting while providing enough data to optimize campaigns. We'll help you determine the right budget based on your specific goals and market.
